Hello, on a debian (woody) server and a 4.1.2 php-version the following code: setlocale ("LC_TIME", "de_DE"); echo strftime("%A, %x"); results in an english formatted date. setlocale (LC_TIME,'') gives back the value 'C', which doesn't mean anything to me. Has someone a suggestion (or a solution :-) for me to get the time formatted in german with this commands? Is it probably not a php but a linux problem (c-library, php.ini-directives or similar)?
