I'm not getting this challenge when using firefox 102.10.0esr, but am
with 112.0.2 and the most recent stable release, 113.0.1 - using the
same profile in all cases. I'm also hitting the challenge with chrome
Version 112.0.5615.165 - stable and 114.0.5735.26 - beta.

So, it would seem that something in the recent browser releases is
triggering some hyper-sensitive network check that should probably be
reviewed.
