word best in questions. What is best for some might be lousy for you and what is lousy for others might be best for you. For Windows two options are Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code. The names are similar but they are very different. Some might consider one of them wonderful and others might consider it awful. Visual Studio Code is much smaller.
