I have a php.ini from a program and I copied it to /usr/local/lib/php/
The output of the command is

root@fr13:/usr/local/nginx# php -info | grep php.ini
Configuration File (php.ini) Path => /usr/local/lib
root@fr13:/usr/local/nginx# cat /usr/local/lib/php/php.ini
