Hi, what is these Licenses is about, is it about the software or a thing that PHP developed, or its on whats developed by it? for example PHP is the License on a web app that I created with it or PHP itself? is it legal to sell PHP Web Application that means it is developed by PHP, is it legal to prevent the buyer from reselling it?
