He could try to find one that suits him if he had any desire to learn. He just thinks that the forum is easier it appears.
Forums are good for question related to things one is trying and failing at. Not for reading and understanding somebody's code that one is trying to learn from. If one is that far along to be reading other's code for whatever reason, one should also be able to use the official php manual (available online) for help first.
And before that person responds to ask "where is the manual" he/she should try googling 'official php manual'.
