There are many freelance websites, but based on my experience you will get
a bad apple every now and then. It is very hard to find someone good, it
was for me. Personally, I think your best choice is to find a local Zend
Certified Engineer (ZCE), meet him/her for beer/coffee and then see how it
goes from there:
