Hi,

Just replacing the binaries should update your PHP.

Do you use any WAMP stack like AMPPS, XAMPP, WAMP ?

If yes, update the stack to update the PHP version.

If you have configured PHP yourself download extract the zip at your
current PHP location.

Latest PHP version can be found here:
http://windows.php.net/download/
