No, I am not interested at all on Windows builds. Only on Linux.
And usually I am compiling myself from source rather than from
packages/existing binaries.

When PHP 5.4 appeared a new version of mailparse (2.1.6) was released
(after 3 years of "silence"). But after v5.5 release no other update has
been made.
There is a php_mailparse.dll in my Windows builds, if that is what you
are looking for. Version 2.1.6.
