Hi, I have done some modifications to the php source code and i tested it with php bench and I observed some improvement. I wanted to upstream these code changes to PHP community. I searched the wed but i didnt find proper guide to upstream the code to php. Please help me by providing the information how to upstream my code changes to php source code community.
