You have forgotten the ending ; in the sql query....
try this
mysql_query("INSERT INTO employes (name,lastname, salary, id, afp,
isss, nit) VALUES ('".$field[0]."',
'".$field[1]."','".$field[2]."','".$field[3]."','".$field[4]."','".$field[5]."','".$field[6]."');");
