You can consider XAMPP. (www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html) It has everything in it. Mysql server, Apache server, PHPMyAdmin, PHP, Perl and an FTP server Just install it and its configured. Just put your files in htdocs and they will be up and running. I use this to package my intranet php application.
