Hi, I've been using NetBeans for some time and I found that there are some issues like for Web applications if you write html tag incorrectlly, you wont be informed about that, for stand alone applications in Java there were also some stupid errors, etc. So, I strongly suggest to check out Eclipse(http://www.eclipse.org/)!
