Hi Dan

umm, I had to look that one up - I wasn't sure how to check it, but when
I run:

LC_ALL=de_DE.utf8 php '-r phpinfo()'

I see

Environment

Variable => Value
LC_ALL => de_DE.utf8

Is that what you were after?
