I was wondering, is there any get_meta_data function for string? as far as I saw, the user-made functions had lack of handling with pattern order, or unquoted meta tags (etc: "<META content=text/html; charset=UTF-8 http-equiv=Content-Type>" or even "<META content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" http-equiv=Content-Type>". How comes the function only get url as an argument?
