Being sunday, I don't feel too shy to ask:
What are you guys all referring to?
My best guess is some version control software that regulars here seem to all know about. Maybe I need to get me some of that... several times lately I dove into thick hairy code and got neck deep and then with only 10 mins. left realized there was no solution in sight and even the old working code was now broken... (Sure I keep backups, but usually I know I want to go forward... I always fix it all OK in the end, but...) It's nice to have at least loose communities like this list so we solo freelancers don't think we're simply mad.
