True, but how many people you want to send you email saying your site blew up their browser?  I've had a number of sites that weren't Gov' funded or Gov' related that were still ADA because even private citizens can be said to be discriminating...  Never know when someone will get upset and wanna sue.

1,000,000 lawyers in the laurential abyss...  A good start!
