Have you tried blowfish or the Google Translator? The last time I tried
the google one, it did a whole page on the fly and seemed to be pretty
good at it.

I have tried this in the past and my users report that single words are
usually correct, however sentences take on totally different meanings.
Sometimes they are very comical.
