No Apache limit, enough diskspace, no permission problem. Fact is: During upload looking at main memory, goes to 0 and if 0 uploadet tmp File was deleted and no error occur. It was great, if anybody can test such a upload. The uploaded File musst be greater as main memory. While teh uload is running, take a look at memory with vmstat. free is goin to 0, no swap is used.
