I was looking in the php where can I:
    1. modify the above text message
    2. redirect after some seconds to another page.
But I could not find anything in my code to do that.

How can I do this? Any hints,

Encouragements,

#1 is in your PHP code and is unique to your php scripts. It is not a generic message that PHP generates.

#2 is done client side with either Javascript or <meta .../> tag redirects
