When a minute's downtime can cost you tens of thousands of pounds worth of transactions, you can often find quite pointed questions to ask your account handler. Like "how the hell did both independent power rails AND fail at once? Why didn't the backup generators start? and what are you doing to 1. ensure that it never happens again and 2. dissuade us from moving to a hosting facility that exhibits some competence?" Having to do an emergency failover to a secondary hosting facility on one of you busiest days of the year can put you in a really bad mood. -robin -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
