See, the time there is quite individual, I got friends, with NO knowledge of php or LAMP at ALL, they DO know how to setup phpbb, I've never done it, but I know (this have the potential to start a nice flamewar... the _knowing_ part I mean) php and LAMP. Who would be using the least amount of time, and why? I wouldn't know before trying it...
