Ahh, suddenly everything becomes clear. You can't use PHPMailer because that would mean that you didn't learn it yourself you just used somebody elses work. So instead you ask here rather than reading the PHPMailer source code. However, because you're assigning this to $headers rather than concatenating it you're trampling over the From line above. BTW, Bcc usually has a capital letter.
