I have had good luck with iyd.com (http://www.itsyourdomain.com) for several years now -- some very good people there!
I own over 60 domains as well and my cost is less than $9.00 each for everything.
I was just informed this morning that iyd was purchased by Tucows, so I don't know how that will affect things. But, I've had good luck with Tucows in other things -- so I'm expecting no problems.
In any event, I wouldn't go with either of the ones you mentioned. Back luck with both.
