Days Buying Lunch:
<input type="text" name="DaysBuyingLunch"><BR>
<input type="submit">
</form>
</body>
</html>
--------------------------------------------

index.php

<?

 $Today = date("1 F d, Y");

?>

<html>
<body>
Today's Date:
<?

print("<h3>$Today</h3>\n");

print("$YourName, you will be out ");
print($CostOfLunch * $DaysBuyingLunch);
print(" dollars this week.<BR>\n");
?>
</body>
</html>
