Or, honestly, maybe it's time to just upgrade anyway... It's even possible that you did an upgrade ages ago when you went to 4.3.11.11, but you didn't re-boot, and a recent re-boot has finally kicked in your php 4.3.11.11 upgrade, long after you actually THOUGHT you upgraded. :-v Done that before...
