We are running PHP 4.3.11 in a Windows Server 2003 environment using ApacheSSL v1.3. Starting just the other day, we starting seeing the following error pop up in the windows eventvwr:

"Faulting application Apache.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module php4ts.dll, version 4.3.11.11, fault address 0x000c3d28."

I've been searching Google all day and haven't been able to come up with a definitive cause (or even better, a solution) as to why this might be occuring. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? If so, were you able to fix it? If so, how?

There really is no definitive cause of this type of problem. It basically means PHP crashed. To find out why you'll need to work out which script is doing it, under what circumstances and debug it.
