I recently migrated their old MT server to the new setup that uses CentOS 4.4, PHP 4.3.9, and MySQL 4.1.20. It's nice because it's a completely isolated Virtual Server with root access to configure things as you please. Since they use the free CentOS it's easy to compile stuff in a VMWare clone and migrate the binaries over. General admin goes through Plesk which is pretty much idiot proof.
