2) It depends on your php.ini setting, specifically:
variables_order = "EGPCS"
E = Environment
G = GET
P = POST
C = Cookie
S = Built-in Variables
The default php.ini will have POST over-write GET (as it goes from left
to right, the new values (on the right) replacing those from the left)
