The 'enclosure' section of this documentation says audio/mpeg:

'Course, it also claims you can use ℗ for the Publishing
symbol, which does NOT work for the "Information" under Windows. :-(

I'm more than a little disappointed in Apple's podcasting / iTunes so
far...
