APC + "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class..."

So... I've got some code that works just fine without APC, but dies when 
I add it.

Here's the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class

php -v =
PHP 5.1.2 (cli) (built: Jul 18 2006 23:21:00)

... any ideas what's up? Obviously, there are other ways I can improve 
performance on that box, but I'd love to try APC.
