Somehow the error still there but different out put. "GD version 2 or above is needed" or something. So I got the conclusion that I need to upgrade my GD version, I visited this page http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.extensions.php as Chris told me. But I couldn't find the 'GD' version 2 or above. I got only explanation about GD but not the GD it self.
