If somebody is sending you spam from one address over and over, USE A FILTER TO BLOCK THEM. Don't be an asshole and threaten to DDoS/attack their server. At that point you've just gone from being a victim to the bad guy, and you don't get any sympathy from people on this list. So, screw off.
