No they do not. It should be ฟหกด if it is correct. The process is like this: 1. The user enter the data in a form 2. The form data will be used to insert data into the database and send an alert via email about the name and summary of the document. The below is inserted into the database, and is displayed correct on the web site when retrieving the data from the database and using UTF-8 as the charset on the web site.
