You will need to use urlencode() on the $name_pro in the href tag.

like:

$name_pro = "VC++ V2.4"
print "<td width='200' class='texto2'>
<a href='page2.php?page=&value=".urlencode($name_pro)."'> $name_pro </a> </td>";
