C:\Windows> shutdown -r -t 01
Bad command or filename

I dunno if YOUR Windows box has some cygwin thingie or something that
makes shutdown be a real command, or if it's just a versioning issue, but
the single test platform I had available pretty much had no shutdown
command.

Win 98 SE, I believe.

I've got XP on my laptop, and if I cared enough about Windows, I guess I
could test that too...
