That is something like:
<?php
fubction myfunc(){
    $foo = 'bar'; // I want this $foo can access outside
}
myfunc();
echo $foo;
?>

Can I write like this?

<?php
function myfunc(){
    $GLOBALS['foo'] = 'bar';
}
myfunc();
echo $foo;
?>
