pspell.so causes server to crash ...

Was having this problem with 4.3.11, figured I'd upgrade to 4.4.0 first, to make sure it wasn't fixed already ... but, if I have the pspell.so extension enabled, and do a SIGHUP of the server, the apache process (apache 1) crashes ...

I've currently got the following aspell installed from FreeBSD ports:

drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 512 Jul 15 14:32 aspell-0.60.3

and a backtrace of the apache process shows:

As soon as I disable pspell.so, the problem goes away ...

is this a problem with the pspell extension, or just the aspell library itself?

Thanks ...
