I'm not expert, on this area, but unless I'm mistaken, that happens when the email address you are sending the mail to doesn't exist. For example if you try to send a mail to monk@xxxxxxxxxxx, when the actual address is monkey@xxxxxxxxxxx, the username monk will not exist. Check your 'to' address.
