OK, so I built php-5.1.0-dev from source using cygwin / gcc. - buildconf ran ok - configure ran ok - make ran ok - make install failed. Output was: Installing PHP SAPI module: cgi Installing PHP CGI into: /usr/local/bin/ Installing PEAR environment: /usr/local/lib/php/ Signal 11 make[1]: *** [install-pear-installer] Error 139 make: *** [install-pear] Error 2 Any tips on what's going on here? I haven't built PHP from source before so I would appreciate any tips / links. I've done enough digging to figure out that Signal 11 is a Segmentation Fault, but when I looked through the archives I didn't see anything specific to this problem. I'm building with cygwin, but I hope / assume that all signals and errors should correlate to errors building on *nix. -- Teach a man to fish...
