However, Phpdig is capable of indexing dynamically generated pages (I just tested it). To write a little script in order to update the index when the pages content changed, shouldn't be a problem either.
Download the package and take a look at the source code.

The intention is to make a site where several users have one page each which
they can edit on there own.
Do you think most of those engines can index pages like that? Or should I
create an index every time a page is updated / made?
