Errrr. Unix epoch dates start with the integer 0 representing midnight 1/1/1970. Rumor has it that the authors of this standard are big Disco fans, but they have only replied with "No comment" :-) I dunno what you expected to get from 1966 in an epoch date, but it's not kosher input, so there ya go.
