Edited PHP.INI to allow up to 40M of data to be uploaded. Set the script timeout to be 9000 seconds. Set the script operational memory to 80M. I did a print_r of $_FILES and the results show that there is a file in the tmp directory, but I'm not sure after that if there is a problem with mcrypt or MySQL. I did read something about a limitation of MySQL and max packet size between server and client, but only 4.1 or less is mentioned with that.
