No website is better than a website with security holes, especially from the perspective of your fellow netizens who have to endure yet another infected machine on the net and whatever nastiness it is being used for.
As for your 4.3.10 related troubles, mine cleared up once I got rid of the caching software I had been using. Post more information about the problem(s) you are having and you will likely find a solution.
