That is the whole point of my request. I need a guide explaining *how* to compile the PHP Source.



OK... what OS are you compiling for? What extensions do you want? PHP as a module or as a standalone? I understand that you haven't done this before... but you need to be more specific in your question if you want a more specific answer.
