options are not displaying....

$language is in global scope, you need:

function printHeader(){
  global $language;

Hi All...
Got a problem... here is the error: Parse error: parse error,
expecting `T_STRING' or `T_VARIABLE' or `T_NUM_STRING' in
/var/www/html/ahrc_computerclub/ahrc_computerclub.php on line 42...  I
am not sure on how to fix it...

line 42 is:     "<TITLE> $language['program_name'] </TITLE>\n" .

either one:

1. "<TITLE> $language[program_name] </TITLE>\n" .

2. "<TITLE> {$language['program_name']} </TITLE>\n" .

3. "<TITLE> ". $language['program_name'] ." </TITLE>\n" .
