Does anyone know a way to get the size of an an image while it exists as an image resource? getimagesize() appears to work on image files, but not image resources. I need something that works on image resources like those created with the PHP imagecreatefrom* functions. I realize I can write the file to disk, then acquire the info.. that's the step I'm trying to avoid if possible.
