One of them goes directly into your PHP folder, all the others are just for debug and test, as I told you in that email, you will need to build your extensions to put in the ext folder, I did not build any to it, other than pgi/pgo (I think)

should do a "nmake snap" so you can get a php-5.x.x-vc11.zip kind of
file that will have everything that goes into your X:\PHP folder
