Start by following the instructions in the error message: note the
errors or messages.
In that error message, you see that it is unable to load the
php4apache2.dll file. Find out where on your system that file
resides, then update httpd.conf to reflect that.
For the record, you did not once try to email any of the support
lists, so please do not claim to have received no response or
assistance. They can be found at http://php.net/mailinglists .
However, this is more of a combination of Apache and PHP
installation issues, so if you can't get the answer you need from
PHP-INSTALL, check with the Apache support lists. As a courtesy, I've
CC'ed our install list on this message for you, but you should
subscribe to that list to ensure you receive any replies. To do so,
please send a blank email to php-install-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
