--with-config-file-path

Hi,

i define --prefix=/home/foo/bar and also --with-config-file-path but i don't
want to specify the absolute path of it. Since the default
of --with-config-file-path is PREFIX/lib i only want to change the /lib-part
to /etc. HOW?
